How to permanently remove your AGRI-ALERT account

You can delete your AGRI-ALERT account directly from the app at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, settings, linked devices, and all associated data from our systems.

Steps to delete your account

Open the app

Launch the AGRI-ALERT app on your device.

Open the menu

Tap the user icon at the top left of the screen to open the menu, then scroll down.

Tap "Delete Account"

Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the menu.

Confirm deletion

You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
Account settings and preferences
Linked devices and sensor configurations
Alert history and notification data
